These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DilSeConnect. By accessing the website you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, leave the website.

1. The service

DilSeConnect is a free online chat website for friendship, casual conversation, language practice and entertainment. It is not a dating agency, matchmaking service, marriage bureau, or a platform for escort, adult or paid companionship services. We do not arrange or guarantee any in-person meeting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DilSeConnect. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms.

3. Real profiles and AI profiles

Profiles displayed on DilSeConnect may include:

• accounts created by real registered users; and
• AI / virtual companion profiles whose photos, names and chat replies may be generated or assisted by software.

You understand and agree that a profile may not represent a real person who is available to meet you. Chat is provided for passing time and friendly talk only.

4. Accounts

If you create an account you must provide accurate information, keep your password secret, and not impersonate another person. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, scam, blackmail or impersonate anyone;
• request or send sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any illegal content;
• promote hate, violence, terrorism, drugs, weapons or other illegal activity;
• share phone numbers, home addresses, OTP codes, bank details, or ask others for money;
• upload malware, scrape the site in an abusive way, or attack our systems;
• use the service for prostitution, escort advertising, or commercial spam.

We may remove content and block access without notice if we believe these rules are broken.

6. Chat and video features

Chat replies from some profiles are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate or delayed. The “video call” button may show a connecting screen for demonstration or entertainment and may not complete a live two-way video connection. Do not rely on this website for emergency, medical, legal or financial advice.

7. Advertisements

The website may show third-party ads (including Google AdSense and rewarded ads) so that the service can remain free. Ads are not an endorsement. Your use of ads is subject to the advertiser’s terms.

8. Intellectual property

The DilSeConnect name, layout and original content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the site for a competing service. Photos you upload must be yours to use. You grant us a licence to display them on your profile.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DilSeConnect and Techsan Digi Solution Pvt Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, including conversations with AI or other users. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.

11. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may stop offering the service or restrict access at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
